ok, just back from phuket yesterday at ard 2am, went back for ba chor mee before coming home. its a good holiday, all thanks to the company i had, but could've been better if not for the accident. i think blogging bout the whole holiday at one shot will most probably kill me, plus i still need to gather all the photos to do so, so i'd rather do it a piece at a time, so yeap. on the 2nd day morning we wanted to return the bike, and i tried to ride it. in the end i rev-ed too fast and couldnt turn the bike fast enough to avoid a tut tut. paid like. 10000 baht to 'compensate' the driver (which was unneccessary crap, but then i had no license and was a bit shellshocked after the accident, so wasnt thinking straight and didnt bargain much from the 12000 initial demand, on hindsight could've at least halved the price, oh well) and then another 2210 baht to repair the bike before returning it, 520 baht for hospital fees. wad a waste of money. in the end we scrapped our quadbiking plans that day cause of my accident, felt damn guilty for spoiling the plans. so we went down to phuket town in a taxi and shopped ard. nothing much bought cos i was kinda sian after the accident. but one lucky thing is that i've only received superficial wounds and didnt break any bones or have any deep cuts. thats y i could still go snorkelling at phi phi island the nxt day. =X
